Returns policy:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, "After Dark Apparel" has a no refund policy.
Our return policies are as follows:
In the event of a fitting problem, the customer must E-mail(customerservice@afterdarkappeal.com)
within (7) days from reciept of their item(s) for an "exchange".(excluding shipping charges)
You will be sent an "exchange request form" and assigned a ref#.
This is to be filled out and E-mailed back for approval.
Upon approval we will E-mail you a return shipping Address.
Return shipping to :After Dark Appeal" is at the customers own expense.
All returns must be 100% complete, unworn & in new condition, with no damage from deodorants, perfumes, smoke, pet hair etc. .All tags must be attached.
"After Dark Appeal" reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
If your returned item(s) does not meet these requirements you will be notified, and the item returned to you after prepaid shipping arrangements have been made by you.
If your return is approved "After Dark Appeal" will cover the "shipping cost only" for the replacement item(s).
Any customs or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that "After Dark Appeal" will cover replacement shipping costs only once per item.
When more than one (1) item per invoice is to be returned, they must be approved & shipped at the same time in order for us to cover the replacement shipping costs.
*Replacement items will be shipped after the item(s) is recieved and approved.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.
Use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
"After Dark Appeal" is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
